A striking and highly characterful set of 19th century Welsh coat hooks.
Mounted on a simple timber backboard, the rack is fitted with a series of naturally formed black cow horn hooks, each one unique in size, curve, and tone. The horns graduate across the board, creating a pleasing rhythm while showcasing the organic variation inherent in the material. Their rich, polished surfaces display deep tones of black, brown, and honey, catching the light beautifully.
The backboard retains a dark, aged finish with hints of earlier paint layers visible at the edges, contributing to its authentic, timeworn appeal.
