Mr Whirligig

A wonderful folk art whirligig Gentleman in top hat and cigar carved and painted wood with revolving wing arms in great working order. circa 1900 with a recently made mount base.

The whirligig spines beautifully in the wind and the base allows the figure to spine around to catch the wind.
