A mid 20th century oil on canvas painting in a distressed gesso frame painted by Leonard Pearman (British 1912-2003) signed lower left had side 94cm x 114cm

Superb oil painting by well known wildlife artist Leonard Pearman, the painting had been stored in a garage for over 30 years and the conditions have caused the frame and painting to distress but in my opinion this has enhanced the image to give it a good decorative look.
