19Th Century Lacquered Dhal Indian Shield.

19Th century Indian (DHAL) lacquered shield made from hide in a convex round form, beautifully decorated in  traditional Indian lacquer with four brass rivets in the centre of the shield. On the back of the shield is at the cushioned area for holding the shield with four round metal hooks. In good original condition.
