19Th Century Godwin Table.
£450.00
A handsome late 19th-century mahogany side table in the manner of E. W. Godwin, displaying the restrained Anglo-Japanese aesthetic for which the designer is celebrated. The rectangular top, with gently moulded edges, is supported on four elegant ring-turned tapering legs that splay outward, creating a light, architectural stance. The legs are connected by slender stretchers forming geometric triangular braces, supporting a low rectangular under-tier that provides both stability and practical storage while reinforcing the table’s linear composition.
