A very old food dish with a fabulous crusty patina. There is some erosion but the whole is very stable. There is a trace of an old label and a later one reading “Ramu river” which is erroneous as this bowl is from the Murik area. Ref : New Guinea highlands Book Art from the Jolika collection page 50.
