A extremely well painted portrait of a young welsh miner. Oil on canvas set in a maple frame, at the bottom of the portrait is the title ” Welsh Minor” and bottom right is the artist signature sadly not recognisable also on the back is a label but again not eligible. On the top left hand side of the canvas is a old repair to the canvas. The quality and confidence of the artist is quite brilliant ! and wonderful mute colours and great scale.
